Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Stryder platform and stryder.co.in, operated by Stryder Solutions Private Limited ("Stryder", "we", "us"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Stryder analyzes property photo sets you upload and returns structured output, including room classification, condition scoring, feature detection, comparable-property matches, an ordered virtual tour sequence, and a draft floor plan, as described on the Technology page.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any photos and listing data you upload. You're responsible for having the rights to upload that content and for its accuracy. You grant Stryder a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to use.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Don't use the service for any property listing that is fraudulent or misleading.

5. Accuracy and human review

Stryder's output is a first-pass analysis intended to support, not replace, human review. As described on the Validation page, outputs carry confidence scores and known limitations. You're responsible for reviewing and approving output before it's used in a live listing, MLS entry, or any decision that relies on it.

6. Fees

Any applicable fees, billing cycle, and payment terms will be set out separately in your order form or account agreement with Stryder.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and performant but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service from time to time.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on analysis output without independent review.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Karnataka having jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
