1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Stryder Solutions Private Limited ("Stryder", "we", "us"), registered at #39, NGEF Lane, 2nd Floor, Suite No. 1288, Indiranagar, Karnataka 560038, India, and to visitors of stryder.co.in and users of the Stryder platform.

2. What we collect

• Account and contact information: name, work email, phone number, and brokerage name provided when requesting a walkthrough or signing up.
• Listing photo sets: property photos submitted for analysis, along with any metadata attached to them (address, listing ID, upload timestamp).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information collected automatically when you use the platform or website.

3. How we use it

• To run the analysis pipeline described on the Technology page and return structured output for your listings.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the platform, including model accuracy improvements described on the Validation page.
• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell listing photos or account data to third parties, and we do not use uploaded photos for advertising purposes.

4. Ownership of uploaded photos

Photos you upload remain your property or that of your brokerage. We process them solely to produce the analysis output you've requested and to operate the service.

5. Retention and deletion

Listing photo sets and their derived analysis output are retained for as long as your account is active, so you can revisit past listings. If your account is closed, photos and derived data are deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required to meet a legal obligation. You can request earlier deletion of a specific listing's data at any time by writing to dev@stryder.co.in.

6. Sharing with third parties

We use third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and storage) to run the platform. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not share your photos or account data with data brokers or advertisers.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect uploaded data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to contact us if you have security concerns.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data and uploaded photo sets by contacting dev@stryder.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in line with applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
